5.What should I do if I find that the key cap has fallen off after opening the package?
The keycap of the keyboard can be disassembled. During the transportation of the keyboard, the keycap may fall off due to Bumps. Find the falling keycap in the inner package and install it in the corresponding position. Generally, it can be used normally.

Arrived very fast and in perfect condition. But I can't install anything, no commands go or anything else. Alexa doesn't recognize either. I don't know if it's me or if it's the product. I'm gonna keep trying
I’m very happy with the purchase. It suited all the needs I had. I bought this gateway because I have 8 spotlights here in my apartment that work only via Bluetooth (I discovered that only after I had already installed them). Because of that I always needed to have my phone nearby to be able to control them and I also wasn’t able to automate and link them to Alexa. With this gateway all of them are working perfectly as I was expecting them to work in the first place, plus I also added the IR devices I had linked to another IR gateway I had before. This hub is very easy to install via tuya and installs everything pretty much automatically. Totally recommend the purchase!

It came super fast to Switzerland, in less than 10 days. the quality is really good, it seems fancy. the connection was fast and easy. you can connect either normal widgets or IR remotes. I made it learn my tv remote and I can control it remotely. I Also have ALEXA sincronized with it so I can command to turn on or off the TV. it is perfect.
